Volunteer Houston Bay Area is the satellite office that serves the Bay Area and surrounding communities including Clear Lake, Pasadena, League City, Friendswood, La Porte, Texas City, Dickinson, Galveston, and Pearland. Volunteer Houston Bay Area reaches out to the community through a number of services and programs including Volunteer Connection, the Commanders Summer Program, and A Visit From Saint Nicholas. Our mission is to connect individuals and groups in the community with meaningful volunteer opportunities at local non-profit organizations.

Hurricane season is here, but hurricanes aren't the only disasters we might face.  Flooding, tornadoes, acts of terror or a pandemic could affect our region.  To be better prepared, Volunteer Houston is pre-registering the skills of those willing to help in the recovery after a disaster.  To learn more, click here.
