Julie is our Referral Specialist. She manages our phone inquiries concerning volunteer opportunities for those individuals who need additional help in finding a volunteer job.

Angela coordinates all special events for Volunteer Houston. Under her management are A Visit From Saint Nicholas, the Mayor's Volunteer Houston Awards, and Taste-ful.

Jennifer manages all programming, fundraising, and a community Advisory Council for Clear Lake and areas south of Houston, Volunteer Houston Bay Area. She oversees a summer youth program, Commanders, that teaches volunteer service and community to youth. The Bay Area office participates in A Visit From Saint Nicholas event for the Clear Lake/Pasadena area.

Khristey is the primary contact for Bay Area organizations and volunteers. She assists nonprofit organizations with their recruitment needs and makes referrals to persons seeking volunteer jobs.

Terri Royer

Terri is the bookeeper and oversees all fiscal operations for all locations. She is also in charge of office operations and is the benefits manager.

John Manger

John manages two services for Volunteer Houston. He operates the Criminal Background Screening program for nonprofit organizations. He is responsible for training and qualifying organizations to screen their employees or volunteers through criminal background checks.

John also manages Corporate Services, a program that assists businesses seeking engagement in the community. This is a full service program that organizes service projects for small or large groups for a service fee.

Cherry works to maintain communication and contacts with all the constituents of Volunteer Houston. She also develops and organizes training opportunities for volunteer directors and project managers.

From time to time, Volunteer Houston has contract workers to support our programs. We also engage Graduate Students from the Graduate School of Social Work, University of Houston.
